Bella Samaniego is a third-class cadet at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a member of the Class of 2029. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management and plans to pursue the Academy's Emergency Management and Crisis Leadership minor.

Bella also competes as an NCAA Division III women's varsity volleyball student-athlete and serves as a Cadet Team Leader. Her professional development includes 2026 summer training aboard USCGC Eagle and operational field training at U.S. Coast Guard Station Woods Hole. Bella is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
